如实供述自己的罪行要求被告人真实、完整地交代自己的主要犯罪事实。将受贿事实辩解为借款,已不仅仅是对行为性质的辩解,而是歪曲了事实,不能认定为如实交代主要犯罪事实。
Truthful account of his crimes requires the defendant to give a true and complete account of his principal criminal facts. To excuse the fact of accepting bribes as a loan has not only justified the nature of the act, but has distorted the facts and can not be regarded as the truth of confiscating the principal crime.
