本文介绍用基于初始导磁率原理的“GY”型钢铁硬度分造仪“无损检测高速钢车刀硬度和残余奥氏体量的原理、方法及试验結果。试验表明,“GY型钢铁硬度分选仪”可适用于热处理现场对高速钢制零件,如车刀和钻头美产品的硬度和残余奥氏体量的100%即逐件快速无损检测。速度可达1.200件/小时。在95%置信度下,检测硬度和残余奥氏体量的误差分别为±1HRC和±3%。
This paper introduces the principle, method and test results of non-destructive testing of high-speed steel turning and residual austenite with “GY” steel hardness spectrometer based on the principle of initial permeability.The test shows that “GY-type steel hardness sorting Instrument ”is suitable for fast, non-destructive piece-by-piece inspection of 100% of the hardness and retained austenite content of high-speed steel parts such as turning tools and bits at speeds up to 1.200 pcs / Degrees, the error of test hardness and retained austenite amount is respectively ± 1HRC and ± 3%.
