成品油销售企业固定资产以油库、加油站资产为主,资产通用性强、更新替换频繁,资产调剂与调拨的管理具有重要意义,但又受资产规模大、种类多、分布范围广等特点影响,管理难度较大。本文通过基于经济调拨运费的资产调剂决策模型,支持固定资产调剂的动态决策,建立基于该模型的信息系统管理架构,实现企业固定资产调剂与调拨的科学高效管理。本文提出的模型和信息系统架构同样适用于其它资产分布范围广、有调剂调拨需求的集团企业。
The fixed assets of the oil product sales enterprises are mainly oil depots and gas station assets. They are of great versatility, frequent replacement and replacement, and asset transfer and allocation management. They are also affected by the large scale, variety and wide distribution of assets , Management is more difficult. This article supports the dynamic decision-making of fixed asset transfers based on the asset transfer decision-making model based on the economic allocation of freight, and establishes the information system management structure based on this model so as to realize the scientific and efficient management of the fixed asset transfers and allocations. The model and information system architecture proposed in this paper is also applicable to other group companies that have a wide range of assets distribution and have the demand of transfer adjustment.
