讲授法是教学历史上最为主要和传统的教学手段,始终是经济可靠并有效的教学方式。课堂讲授法传统系统的、连贯的法律知识,但教学过程过于严肃,不利于甚至扼杀了学生思维的碰撞,出现对法律知识的死记硬背,不符合现代法律教育的目的。应该在吸收其他法律教学方法如案例教学法和诊所教学法等实践教学法的优点基础上完善课堂讲授法,克服单一讲授存在的缺点和学生被动学习的问题。
Lecture teaching is the most important and traditional teaching method in teaching history, which has always been a reliable and effective teaching method. The lectures teach traditional systematic and consistent legal knowledge. However, the teaching process is too serious, which is detrimental to or even stifle the collision of students’ thinking, resulting in the rote learning of legal knowledge, which is inconsistent with the purpose of modern legal education. Based on the advantages of practical teaching methods such as case teaching method and clinic teaching method, we should perfect the classroom teaching method and overcome the shortcomings of single teaching and students’ passive learning.
