实验室是高职院校开展人才培养、从事科学研究和社会服务活动的必备场所。做好实验室工作,是办好学校的基本条件之一,实验室工作水平的高低直接影响着高校人才培养和科学研究的发展。本文通过对目前实验室普遍存在的实际情况进行分析,提出了以“从实际出发,统筹规划,合理设置”为主题的改革方向,并制定了改进和加强高校实验室规范管理的若干对策。
Laboratory is a necessary place for vocational colleges to carry out personnel training, engage in scientific research and social service activities. Doing a good job in laboratory work is one of the basic conditions for running a school. The level of laboratory work directly affects the personnel training and the development of scientific research in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the current prevalence in laboratories, this paper puts forward the direction of reform with the theme of “planning from the reality, setting up a reasonable plan” and formulated some countermeasures to improve and strengthen the standardization management of university laboratories .
