采用紫外辐照法成功合成了CdS-聚丙烯酰胺(CdS-PAM)、Ag-聚丙烯酸胺(Ag-PAM)等无机-有机聚合物纳米复合材料。在紫外辐照过程中,无机相纳米粒子的生成和聚丙烯酰胺(AM)单体的有机聚合反应同步发生,使得生成的无机相纳米微粒均匀分散在有机聚合物基质中。实验发现,无机离子的存在可促进有机单体的聚合,而有机单体的聚合又可阻止无机相纳米粒子的团聚。这同时也为制备其它无机-有机聚合物纳米复合材料提供了一条有效的新途径。
CdS-PAM and Ag-PAM were successfully synthesized by UV irradiation. During UV irradiation, the formation of inorganic phase nanoparticles and the polymerization of polyacrylamide (AM) monomers occur synchronously, resulting in uniform dispersion of the resulting inorganic phase nano-particles in the organic polymer matrix. The experiment found that the presence of inorganic ions can promote the polymerization of organic monomers, and the polymerization of organic monomers can prevent the agglomeration of inorganic nanoparticles. This also provides an effective new approach for the preparation of other inorganic-organic polymer nanocomposites.
