第一次国内革命战争失败,中共北方区委书记李大钊被害后,中共中央重建中共顺直省委。由于省委内部闹起派别,纠纷不断。中共中央曾派王荷波、蔡和森、刘少奇等人相继前往顺直省委,均未能解决问题。1928年底,周恩来受中共中央委托到达天津,召开顺直省委扩大会议。他从政治路线的高度,耐心说服教育,解决了顺直省委问题。省委领导和广大党员,如沐春风,感受到党中央的关怀和爱护,团结起来,为党的事业去奋斗了。
After the first revolutionary war in China failed and Li Dazhao, secretary of the CPC Northern Region Party Committee, was killed, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China rebuilt the CPC’s straight provincial party committee. As a result of the rapprochement within the provincial party committee, disputes continue. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China sent Wang Hebo, Cai Hesen, Liu Shaoqi and others successively going straight to the provincial party committee and failed to solve the problem. By the end of 1928, Zhou Enlai entrusted by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China arrived in Tianjin, Shunzhi Provincial Party Committee held an enlarged meeting. From the height of his political line, he patiently persuaded education and solved the problem of direct provincial government. The leaders of the provincial party committee and the majority of party members, such as the spring breezes, feel the care and love of the Party Central Committee, unite and fight for the cause of the party.
