利用MEVVA源对Zr-4合金分别进行1×1016ions/cm2至1×1017ions/cm2剂量的铈离子与铌离子注入,比较了Ce/Nb离子注入对Zr-4合金氧化行为的影响。结果表明,铈离子注入可以较大程度地提高Zr-4合金的抗氧化性能,而铌离子注入则在一定程度上使 Zr-4 合金的氧化性能下降。GAXRD分析显示,铈离子注入促进了氧化锆由单斜相向六方相的转变,但铌离子注入却对氧化锆相的转变没有影响。并探讨了Ce/Nb离子注入影响Zr-4合金氧化行为的机理。
The effects of Ce / Nb ion implantation on the oxidation behavior of Zr-4 alloy were investigated by MEIOV source implantation of cerium and niobium ions at a dose of 1 × 1016ions / cm2 to 1 × 1017ions / cm2 respectively. The results show that cerium ion implantation can improve the oxidation resistance of Zr-4 alloy to a great extent, but niobium ion implantation can reduce the oxidation performance of Zr-4 alloy to a certain extent. GAXRD analysis shows that cerium ion implantation promotes the transition from monoclinic to hexagonal zirconia, but niobium ion implantation has no effect on the transformation of zirconia. The mechanism of Ce / Nb ion implantation affecting the oxidation behavior of Zr-4 alloy was also discussed.
