目的了解呼吸道感染儿童中肺炎支原体感染情况。方法对2014年门诊和住院治疗的呼吸道感染儿童采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清肺炎支原体IgM抗体(MP-Ig M),并对检测结果进行分析。结果共2 595例呼吸道感染儿童进行MP-IgM检测,阳性801例,阳性率为30.87%;男童阳性率为27.38%,低于女童的35.40%(P<0.01);MP-Ig M阳性率随年龄增长呈升高趋势(P<0.01),其中以7~14岁组最高,为37.26%;春季阳性率最高,为34.14%,不同季节差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论不同性别、年龄和季节儿童感染肺炎支原体不尽相同,应加强肺炎支原体血清抗体检测,为临床诊断提供依据。
Objective To understand the infection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children with respiratory tract infection. Methods Serum Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody (MP-Ig M) was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in outpatients and hospitalized children with respiratory tract infections in 2014. The results were analyzed. Results A total of 2595 children with respiratory tract infection were detected by MP-IgM. The positive rate was 30.87%. The positive rate was 27.38% in boys and 35.40% in girls (P <0.01). The positive rate of MP- (P <0.01). The highest was in the group of 7-14 years old (37.26%), the highest was in spring (34.14%), and the difference was statistically significant in different seasons (P <0.01). Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae is not the same among children of different sexes, ages and seasons. The detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae serum antibodies should be strengthened to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.
