方法 针对辽河油区千 2 2块莲花油层普通稠油油品的界面性质 ,在室内进行了A/S复合驱油体系的实验研究。目的 为改善该区块的开采效果提供一种新方法和技术储备。结果 通过对 9种抗盐性较好的表面活性剂进行筛选 ,优选出两种与Na2 CO3 复配后的复合体系 ,可使油 /水界面张力值降至 10 -3 mN/m以下 ;由活性图可看出 ,该复合配方体系有较好的长期稳定性 ;单独碱液与原油间长期接触后的萃取液可降低新鲜原油的界面张力 ;驱油效率实验表明 :在人工充填天然岩心上注入段塞 0 5PV时 ,可提高采收率 17 31%。结论 碱 /表面活性剂复合体系可改善普通稠油油藏的开发效果 ,为同类油田的开采提供了借鉴。
Methods A / S composite flooding system was experimentally studied in laboratory for the interfacial properties of common heavy oil products in Qian 2 2 lotus reservoirs in Liaohe Oilfield. Objective To provide a new method and technical reserve for improving the mining effect of this block. Results Nine kinds of surfactant with good salt resistance were screened out, and two composite systems with Na2CO3 were optimized to reduce the oil / water interfacial tension to less than 10 -3 mN / m. The activity diagram shows that the compound formulation system has good long-term stability. The long-term contact between the lye and the crude oil can reduce the interfacial tension of the crude oil. The displacement efficiency experiments show that on the artificial core Injection slug 0 5PV, can improve oil recovery 1731%. Conclusions Alkali / surfactant composite system can improve the development of common heavy oil reservoirs and provide reference for the exploitation of similar oilfields.
