一、教学语言幽默,感染力强语言幽默,感染力强,能激发学生学习的兴趣,是这几位老师共同的特点。我尤其欣赏的是几位老师优秀的课前交流的过程。教师与学生素未谋面,相互不了解,对于学生来说,陌生的教师来授课无疑在心里会有一些抵触情绪,或有些许的不适应,但是这一过程却使本来陌生的师生关系瞬间变得熟络起来,为课上良好的沟通和交流打下了良好的基础。课堂教学过程中,问题的提出,以及问题的解答都充满了童真童趣,能尽快地把学生的注意力吸引到课堂中来,也提高了学生学习的兴趣。兴趣是最好的老师,一堂优秀的课,成功与否,是否有效,关键在于学生是否在倾听,是否跟着老师的思路在前进,关键在于学生们
