鑄鋼堆焊鍛模在手工电弧堆焊过程中所产生的缺陷,一般有裂縫,夹渣,未焊透,气孔等四种。裂縫和未焊透发現的很少,夹渣有时有,而气孔发現的最多。我們曾連續召开几次会議,对缺陷产生的原因和防止措施做了分析討論,同时总結了陈德祿、孟繁琪等老师傅的操作經驗。現在把它写在这里,供大家参考。 1.裂縫:鍛模体积大,刚度大,而堆焊金属又有較多的合金元素,有自动淬火的傾向,容易出现裂縫。裂縫的产生同下列因素有关:1)模体預热
