1.病例介绍 患者郭××,男,43岁,农民,嗜好酒和烟。就诊前一天,眩晕、恶心,在当地治疗,效果不佳。于1999年12月5日9时来院就诊。查体:T37.0℃,P70次/分,R17次/分,BP150/95mmHg。神志模糊,胡言乱语,共济失调。双瞳孔等大等园,直径约3mm,对光反映迟钝。颈软无抵抗,心肺检查无异常,腹软,膝腱反射减弱,病理症未引出。急查脑CT,示小脑前部大面积低密度影,脑积水。立即入院治疗,经脱水降颅压,扩脑血

Emergency brain CT, showed a large area of low density in front of the cerebellum, hydrocephalus.
