With the deepening of the implementation of the “Labor Law” and the gradual deepening of the reform of the rural power system, the issue of treatment of rural electricians has become increasingly prominent. How to properly solve it has become an important issue in strengthening agricultural power management. The two types of problems are the major problems reflected by the dismissal of rural electricians. After the reform of the rural power system, a group of older agricultural electricians were dismissed and returned to their hometowns. Most of these people have been engaged in rural power work since the 1960s and 1970s.
