90后一代有着出色的创新能力和学习能力,但也有着种种不利于融合组织的“问题”。要结合90后员工的特点,通过培训实现90后新员工的组织社会化,促进90后员工更快更好地融入组织。
The latter generation have excellent ability to innovate and learn, but there are also “problems” that are not conducive to convergence. In the light of the characteristics of post-90s staffs, the organization of post-90s new employees should be socialized through training and 90 employees should be better integrated into the organization sooner or later.
