教育是一种大爱。教育关爱的是生命,教育关爱的是每一个学生的生命。舍弃了一部分学生就不是真正的教育。苏霍姆林斯基说:“从我手里经过的学生成千上万,奇怪的是,留给我印象最声的并不是无可挑剔的模范生,而是别具特点、与众不同的孩子。”当一个问题学生在我们的呵护下,走出了泥淖,冲破了阴霾,重新焕发生命的光彩时,我们心中涌起的是一种幸福感。一个教师的职业生命因此而精彩,这就是问题学生教育价值的诠释。
