戏剧是一门综合的艺术,集文学、音乐、美术以及舞蹈等艺术成分于一身。现代戏剧中,舞台美术更是将综合体这一形态展现得淋漓尽致,它囊括了舞美设计、灯光、音响、服装、道具、化妆、美工、装置、特技等。面对舞台技术管理所需的复合型人才的缺失,中央戏剧学院从1985年开始,在国内的艺术院校中率先尝试开办舞台技术管理班。舞台技术管理班的设立,不但健全了中央戏剧学院的学科设置,而且为国内培养舞台技术管理人才奠定坚实的基础。历经多年的发展,中央戏剧学院的舞台技术管理专业在课程设置、培养方案、教学实施等诸环节日趋完善,培养了大批的专业技术人才,取得了丰硕的教学成果。
Drama is a comprehensive art, literature, music, art and dance and other art ingredients in one. In modern drama, the stage art is even more vividly manifested in the form of a complex, which includes design, lighting, sound, costumes, props, makeup, art, installation, special effects and so on. In the face of the lack of compound talents needed for the management of stage technology, the Central Academy of Drama started in 1985 as the first of its kind in art academies in the country to run the stage technology management class. The establishment of the stage technology management class has not only perfected the discipline setting of the Central Academy of Drama but also laid a solid foundation for training the stage technology management talents in China. After years of development, the stage drama management of the Central Academy of Drama has become increasingly sophisticated in all aspects of curriculum, training programs, teaching and implementation, training a large number of professional and technical personnel, and has achieved fruitful teaching results.
