银染技术能使人类核仁形成区(NOR)特异染色,而且只有在功能上有活性的NOR才能被银染。因此,可以通过计数A_g-NOR探讨细胞中rRNA基因的功能。作者对11名长期连续口服醋酸棉酚片的健康男性进行了外周血淋巴细胞染色体的银染研究,并以11名同年龄组未服药的健康男性作为对照。常规制备染色体标本,用A_g-Ⅱ技术染色,选择D、G组染色体完整,银染着色良好的细胞进行观察。计数单侧或双侧有银染粒的D、G组染色体数,根据近端着丝粒间有无银染物质连接计算银染近端着丝粒染色体联合(A_g-AA)。结果表明,醋酸棉酚服药组A_g-NOR频率为7.24,对照组为
Silver staining techniques specifically stain the human nucleolar organizer region (NOR), and only functionally active NOR can be silver stained. Therefore, the function of rRNA genes in cells can be explored by counting A_g-NOR. The author of 11 long-term continuous oral acetic acid gossypol tablets healthy men were peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome silver staining, and 11 in the same age group were not taking healthy men as a control. Chromosome samples were routinely prepared and stained with A_g-Ⅱ technique. Chromosomes from D and G groups were selected and stained well with silver staining.
