《中日地下管线抗震分析交流会》由日本神户大学工学部副教授高田至郎博士和冶金部建筑研究总院抗震所所长候忠良教授共同倡导,于1990年11月13日～15日在冶金部建筑研究总院顺利召开。会议代表中方41人,日方代表9人,特邀美国代表1人。开幕式由冶金部抗震办公室主汪姚伯英主持。中国国际减灾十年委员会办公室副主任李增义、建设部全国抗震办公室副主任陈寿梁、冶金部建筑研究总院副院长陈录如、日本神户大学工学部副教授高田至郎分别致词。会上日本京都大学防灾研究所土岐宪三教授、美国OLD DOMINON大学土木系王汝梁教授、冶金部建
The “China-Japan Underground Pipeline Seismic Analysis Conference” was jointly initiated by Dr. Takada Shiro, Associate Professor of the Department of Engineering, Kobe University, Japan, and Professor Hou Zhongliang, Director of the Institute of Earthquake Research, Ministry of Metallurgy, Ministry of Metallurgy, and was present at the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry from November 13 to 15, 1990. The research institute was successfully held. The conference represented 41 people from China, 9 from Japan, and 1 from the United States. The opening ceremony was hosted by Wang Yaobo, head of the earthquake-resistant office of the Ministry of Metallurgy. Li Zengyi, deputy director of China’s International Decade for Disaster Reduction Committee, Chen Shouliang, deputy director of the national earthquake-response office of the Ministry of Construction, Chen Luru, vice president of the Ministry of Construction of the Ministry of Metallurgy, and Takata Shiro, associate professor of engineering at the Kobe University in Japan delivered speeches.
