为研讨振动放矿时的放出体形态及计算方法,进行了实验室模拟试验。本文在试验基础上,侧重就影响放出强度的几个主要因素作一初步探讨和分析,以供参考。 (一)实验室模拟试验概况 试验采用前端壁式放矿模型,其比例为1:50。振动台插入状态如图3所示,在端面出矿进路周围用橡胶及海绵密封,对台面作了约束,使之只能上下振动,故台面振动角为常数。但除端壁外,其余几个面均未加约束,以使放出体能充分发育。振动放矿机所用单轴式偏心块重447克,用连杆传动。
In order to study the shape and calculation method of releasing body during vibration ore dressing, a laboratory simulation test was carried out. Based on the experiment, this article focuses on a few preliminary discussions and analyzes on several major factors that affect the release strength, for reference. (A) Overview of laboratory simulation test The front-end wall of the ore dressing model, the ratio of 1:50.
