(一) 仅以西安舞台为例,近几年真正卖座、连演不衰的戏曲,大概要数《屠夫状元》、《徐九经升官记》和《六斤县长》了。至于还有其他什么很能上座的剧目,本人平时看戏不多,孤陋寡问,不甚了了。有人据此论证戏曲的消长趋势为:正剧不及喜剧,严肃的不及滑稽的,板面孔的不及含笑脸的。戏曲的娱乐作用正在增长。我有同感,但不完全赞成。上述三出戏何以能卖座?我以为,首先是内容直面人生,敢于触及生活重大矛盾,指向今日“官场”的不正之风,这是极为重要的一
