本文推导出了行星斜轧机咬入条件和滑移系数的计算公式。出计算过程和结果可知,行星斜轧机实现大压下量的本质在于斜轧过程是将总压下量沿变形区轴向长度分成许多较小的单位压下量的结果。本文对于行星斜轧机工艺参数的确定以及对各种斜轧机的工艺及设备改造,将具有一定的理论指导意义。
In this paper, the formulas of the bite-in conditions and the slip coefficient of planetary cross-rolling mills are deduced. The calculation process and the results show that the essence of the large reduction of planetary cross-rolling mill is that the cross-rolling process is the result of dividing the total reduction along the axial length of the deformation zone into many smaller unit reductions. In this paper, the determination of the technological parameters of planetary cross-rolling mill and the technological transformation of various cross-rolling mills will have some theoretical significance.
