以“贝达”葡萄为试材,采用盆栽试验,将不同比例的稻草和玉米秸秆施入葡萄连作土壤中,研究施入有机物料对连作葡萄生长及叶片酶活性的影响。结果表明:葡萄连作土壤施入稻草和玉米秸秆后(99.5%连作土+0.5%稻草处理除外),均不同程度的增加了葡萄植株的高度、茎粗及地上、地下鲜重,叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增强,丙二醛(MDA)含量下降,根系活力先上升后下降。施入玉米秸秆处理效果好于稻草处理,其中以98.0%连作土+2%玉米秸秆处理效果最好。
Taking “Beida” grape as test material, pot experiment was conducted to apply straw and corn stalk with different proportions to continuous cropping soil. The effects of applying organic material on the growth of grape and leaf enzyme activity were studied. The results showed that the grape plant height, stem diameter, aboveground and fresh weight, and leaf superoxide dismutase content were increased to some extent after the continuous grapes were applied to straw and corn stalk (except 99.5% continuous cropping soil + 0.5% straw treatment) Dismutase (SOD) activity increased, malondialdehyde (MDA) content decreased, root activity increased first and then decreased. The effect of applying corn stalks was better than that of straw, of which the treatment with 98.0% of continuous cropping soil and 2% corn stalks was the best.
