抓好基层政权建设工作是项社会系统工程,涉及到各个方面。中央和国务院把这项工作交给民政部门,但光靠民政部门一家是抓不起来,也是抓不好的。根据全国各地经验,结合我区实际,为了抓好这项工作,在党委和政府领导下,成立了一个统一指挥、协调机构,即自治区基层政权建设领导小组。由组织部、宣传部、政研室及政府有关几个部门的负责同志组成。领导小组下设办公室负责日常工作。自治区基层政权建设领导小组的职责主要有五
