目的研究神经细胞内钙离子浓度等因子与细胞治化的相关性。方法运用神经细胞老化实验模型─—无血清条件下培养小鼠神经母细胞瘤细胞,显微荧光光度术测定细胞内脂褐素的自发荧光值,反映脂褐素的累积量;Fluo3/AM标记钙离子的激发荧光值,反映钙离子浓度。结果1.随着细胞老化,神经细胞内脂褐素的积累也逐渐增加入细胞内钙离子浓度随神经细胞治化而增高。结论钙离子浓度的增加与神经细胞的老化呈正相关。
Objective To study the correlation between intracellular Ca2 + concentration and other cytokines in neurons. Methods The model of neuronal cell aging was used to culture mouse neuroblastoma cells under serum-free conditions. The autofluorescence intensity of lipofuscin in the cells was measured by micro-fluorescence spectrophotometry. The Fluo3 / AM labeling Calcium ion excitation fluorescence value, reflecting the concentration of calcium. Results 1. With the aging of cells, the accumulation of lipofuscin in neurons is also gradually increased. The concentration of intracellular calcium increases with the proliferation of nerve cells. Conclusion The increase of calcium concentration is positively correlated with the aging of nerve cells.
