目的:对单面针茎中的生物碱成分进行研究。方法:将0.5%盐酸渗滤得到酸水用氨水调pH值至11,以此提取单面针茎中总生物碱,采用氧化铝、硅胶柱层析法进行分离,并根据理化性质及光谱数据对单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到4个化合物,经鉴定分别为:两面针碱(Ⅰ)、血根碱(Ⅱ)、花椒棚碱(Ⅲ)、白鲜碱(Ⅳ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ为首次从单面针茎中分离得到。
Objective: To study the alkaloid composition of single-sided needle. Methods: 0.5% hydrochloric acid was diafiltered to obtain acidic water and adjusted to pH 11 with aqueous ammonia to extract the total alkaloids from the single-sided needle. The total alkaloids were separated by silica gel column chromatography using alumina and silica gel. The physicochemical properties and spectral data Structural identification of monomer compounds. Results: Four compounds were isolated and identified as Sesquiatum (Ⅰ), Scutellariae (Ⅱ), Capsicum (Ⅲ), and Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ were isolated from single-sided needle for the first time.
