对36例喉切除和发音重建术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较几种重建术式在恢复喉功能上的优缺点,并对已失去做垂直半喉或水平半喉机会的喉癌患者所应采取的术式进行了探讨。
The clinical data of 36 patients undergoing laryngectomy and phonophora reconstruction were retrospectively analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of several reconstructive procedures in the recovery of laryngeal function were compared. Patients with laryngeal cancer who had lost the chance of vertical hemiperthosis or horizontal hemiperthosis were compared. The surgical procedures to be taken are discussed.
