晚清王韬在其“小说三书”(《遁窟谰言》《淞隐漫录》《淞滨琐话》)中留下了有关“蜀地”的诸多篇目。王韬用“蜀地行旅”这一行为对其蜀地想象进行了呈现,通过行旅者的出行初衷及其行旅结局的对比,展现了蜀地道教文化因素对行旅者的影响;而王韬对蜀地的印象来源也正是蜀地悠久的道教、神仙文化以及相关的文学作品;而作为蜀地小说历史发展的一个阶段,王韬小说中的蜀地想象也结合时代特点及其行旅经历,将现实的西方游历体验纳入道教试练的题材,削弱了道教试练小说的宗教内涵,为蜀地小说增添了一抹新色彩。
In the late Qing Dynasty, Wang Tao left a lot of articles about “Shu ” in his “Novel ” (“Escape Cave”, “Song Yin Man Lu” “Song Bin Sui words”). Wang Tao presented his imagination of Shu in the behavior of “Traveling in Sichuan”, showing the influence of Taoist and Taoist factors of Sichuan on traveling travelers through the original intention of traveling and the conclusion of his traveling trip; and Wang Tao The source of impression of Shu is also the long Taoism, immortal culture and related literary works in Shu. The reality of Western travel experience into the theme of Taoist trials, weakened the religious connotation of Taoist trials novels, adding a touch of new color Shu novel.
