目的建立高倍共沉捕集-火焰原子吸收法测定生活饮用水中铅的方法。方法水样经100倍浓缩,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定。结果高倍共沉捕集-火焰原子吸收法可用标准曲线定量(t=1.8 462,P=0),在铅浓度为0.005~0.025 mg/L的范围内具有良好的线性关系,最低检测质量浓度0.005 mg/L,精密度和准确度符合微量分析的要求,回收率92.0%~103.3%。结论为生活饮用水标准检验方法中共沉法测定铅提供了一个新的测试手段,满足GB 5749-2006标准的要求。
Objective To establish a method for determining lead in drinking water by high-performance co-precipitation capture-flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Water samples were 100 times concentrated and directly determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between high concentration co-precipitation and flame atomic absorption spectrometry (t = 1.8 462, P = 0) in the range of 0.005-0.025 mg / L and the lowest detection concentration of 0.005 mg / L, precision and accuracy meet the requirements of trace analysis, the recovery rate of 92.0% ~ 103.3%. Conclusion This study provides a new test method for the determination of lead in the common sediment by the standard test method for drinking water, which meets the requirements of the GB 5749-2006 standard.
