寻常型银屑病遗传度的研究

对临床已确诊的２１２例寻常型银屑病患者进行了一、二、三级亲属发病率调查，结果表明，患者一级亲属的发病率为３８％，对照组一级亲属发病率为０４２％，本病的遗传方式为多基因遗传，遗传度为５８２％。

The incidence of first-, second- and third-degree relatives in 212 clinically diagnosed patients with psoriasis vulgaris was investigated. The results showed that the incidence of first-degree relatives in the patients was 38%. The incidence of first-degree relatives in the control group was 0  42%, the genetic mode of the disease for multi-genetics, genetic degree of 58  2%.
