本文报道一例B 细胞淋巴癌用单克隆抗体治疗取得突出效果。患者男性,67岁,1976年因疲乏,夜汗和弥漫性淋巴结肿大就诊.经淋巴结活检确诊为结节性,分化差的淋巴细胞淋巴瘤.先后给予白细胞干扰素,CVP方案(环磷酰胺、长春新硷和强的松)等治疗,症状一度得到部分缓解.1981年4月患者病情恶化,出现夜汗、发热,肝脾肿大、泛发性淋巴结病变、不断增大的头皮结节、进行性贫血和血小板减少等,颈淋巴结活检证实为弥漫性、分化差的淋巴细胞淋巴瘤,药物治疗无效.
This article reports a case of B cell lymphoma with monoclonal antibody treatment achieved outstanding results. The patient, male, 67 years old, was treated for fatigue, night sweat and diffuse lymphadenopathy in 1976. Lymph node biopsy was diagnosed as nodular, poorly differentiated lymphocytic lymphomas with leukocyte interferon and CVP regimens (cyclophosphamide , Vincristine and prednisone), the symptoms were partially relieved. In April 1981, the patient’s condition deteriorated with night sweats, fever, hepatosplenomegaly, generalized lymph node lesions, increasing scalp nodules , Anemia and thrombocytopenia, cervical lymph node biopsy confirmed diffuse poorly differentiated lymphocytic lymphoma, drug treatment is invalid.
