目的:探讨制霉菌素加甘油在治疗口腔溃疡的应用方法和效果。方法:选择口腔溃疡患者90例并随机分为对照组、观察组,每组各45例,对照组应用口腔护理液进行漱口,观察组采用制霉菌素加甘油实施口腔护理后进行涂抹,观察两组患者口腔溃疡的治疗效果。结果:观察组用制霉菌素加甘油口腔涂抹一周后治愈率为82.2%,总有效率100%,对照组治愈率为26.7%,总有效率为73.4%,结果两组总有效率比较P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论:采用制霉菌素加甘油治疗口腔溃疡具有广普抗菌和作用迅速的特点,它能激活伤口表层细胞,促进伤口愈合,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the application of nystatin and glycerol in the treatment of oral ulcer. Methods: Ninety patients with oral ulcer were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given mouthwash with oral care solution. The observation group was treated with nystatin and glycerin, Two groups of patients with oral ulcer treatment. Results: The observation group treated with nystatin plus glycerin for one week showed a cure rate of 82.2% and a total effective rate of 100%. The cure rate of the control group was 26.7% and the total effective rate was 73.4%. The total effective rate of the two groups was P < 0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The treatment of oral ulcer with nystatin and glycerol has the characteristics of broad antibacterial activity and rapid action. It can activate wound surface cells and promote wound healing, which is worth popularizing and applying.
