胎儿生长发育与多种因素有关,如孕妇的外环境,母体的生理条件,胎盘脐带的发育等,尤其和母亲的营养状况有直接而密切的关系.为了进一步了解母亲营养和胎儿生长发育之间的关系,加强围产保健,降低宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)的发病和低体重儿(LBWI)的发生,我们对1年中在我院分娩的孕妇营养状况及胎儿出生体重进行调查分析,结果报告如下.
