国家计委、国务院国防工办为了进一步检查评比昆明全国热处理经验交流会精神在各地贯彻情况,推动各地迅速改变热处理落后面貌,于今年2月组成50多人的联合检查评比团。该团在国家计委和国防工办有关领导亲自带领下,以华北地区和天津市为试点,取得经验后又分成十个检查组.开赴除西藏以外的各省、市开展检查工作。
In order to further examine and appraise the spirit of the National Seminar on Heat Treatment Experiences in Kunming, the State Development Planning Commission and the State Council, in implementing the spirit of the National Heat Treatment Experience Exchange Conference, carried out the situation throughout the country and promoted the backwardness of the heat treatment in all parts of the country. In February this year, a joint inspection team of more than 50 members was formed. Under the leadership of the relevant leaders of the State Development Planning Commission and the National Defense Agency, the delegation took the pilot projects in North China and Tianjin and gained experience and then divided into 10 inspection teams. All the provinces and municipalities except Tibet are conducting inspections.
