MLQ_1—80型采煤机和MLQ_3—100型采煤机是我国当前使用较广的一种单滚筒可调高采煤机,该机适用于缓倾斜中厚煤层长壁回采工作面。根据《煤矿安全规程》规定,井下使用的采煤机、掘进机都应安装有效的内外喷雾装置,无喷雾或喷水装置的采煤机不得工作。MLQ_1—80型、MLQ_3—100型采煤机均无内喷雾降尘装置。因此,必须对该机进行技术改造,实现内喷雾。对老产品进行改革必须遵循以下三条原则:一是内喷雾装置在老设备上的可行性;
