为了研究父儿传播的HBV基因型别与变异株 ,以选择 6对配偶无任何HBV标志的男性HBV携带者及其HBVDNA阳性胎儿为对象 ,用双脱氧链末端终止法检测父儿HBVS基因 45 1~ 6 6 0段核苷酸序列。结果 4对父儿无论在核苷酸水平还是在氨基酸水平均一致 ,其中 1对在 12 6位父儿均有氨基酸替代 ,另外 2对父亲无变异 ,1例胎儿在 113、114、131、143位 ,另 1例仅在 143位有氨基酸替代。根据当前的基因分型方法 ,5对父儿均为B型。 1对父儿父亲为B型 ,胎儿在此段序列有A型特点 ,还待进一步研究。表明父儿传播的HBV存在S基因变异株 ,父儿间基因型别基本一致。
In order to study the genotypes and variants of HBV transmitted by the father, six male HBV carriers without HBV markers and their HBVDNA positive fetuses were selected as the target, and the dying parental HBV S gene 451 ~ 6 6 0 nucleotide sequence. Results Four pairs of fathers were identical at amino acid level or at nucleotide level. Among them, one pair had amino acid substitutions in 12 6 fathers and the other 2 fathers without mutation. One fetus was found in 113,114,131,143 In the other case, there was only amino acid substitution at position 143. According to the current genotyping method, all five pairs of fathers are type B. 1 pairs of father and father for the B-type fetus in this sequence has A-type features, pending further study. That the parental transmission of HBV S gene variant exists, the genotype of the father is basically the same.
