Toxoplasma gondii is a kind of endoprosthesis that causes zooplankton in zooplankton. It infects a wide range of hosts and seriously endangers human health and the development of animal husbandry. In recent years, with the continuous research on Toxoplasma gondii, the important role of the Toxoplasma gondii family of Crosses in the invasion of worms, the modification of nymphs and virulence were further confirmed. As an important member of this family, the rod protein ROP18 is an important virulence molecule of Toxoplasma gondii and plays an important role in IRGs pathway. It can be located on the PVM, clear the IRGs, which play in the invasion of Toxoplasma gondii immune cells to escape the role. Another family member protein pseudokinase, ROP5 and ROP18 play a synergistic effect, can increase kinase activity to control Toxoplasma gondii acute virulence, to protect Toxoplasma from clearance. This article reviews the molecular mechanisms of virulence factors such as ROP18 and ROP5.
