目的探索提高病案归档管理方法以有效解决病案归档难的问题,从而保障病案及时再利用。方法根据临床客观因素导致病案超期归档的原因进行全院问卷调查,运用根因分析法找出突出问题并进行干预。结果对干预效果进行追踪,结果显示在次年同期病案回收量增加1979份的情况下,病案3日归档率上升1.26%。结论应用根因分析质量管理模式改变思路,深入分析,发现管理中存在的根本制约因素,是解决病案管理中病案按时归档难的有效手段。
Objective To explore ways to improve the management of medical record filing so as to effectively solve the problem of difficult filing of medical records so that medical records can be reused in time. Methods Based on clinical objective factors leading to the reasons for the filing of medical records over the hospital questionnaire survey, the use of root cause analysis to identify outstanding problems and intervention. The results of the intervention tracked the results showed that in the second year of the same case the case of medical records increased by 1979 cases, the medical record on the 3rd archive rate rose 1.26%. Conclusion Applying the idea of changing the quality management mode of root cause analysis, in-depth analysis and finding the fundamental constraints in management are effective measures to solve the problem of timely filing of medical records in case management.
