多年来,人们常常采用无醇酚醛树脂作为浸渍剂,来改善碳石墨抗磨材料的性能。但是,由于受酚醛树脂本身性能的限制,浸渍后的石墨材料只能在非氧化酸性介质及一些弱碱性介质中使用。然而,随着石油化工技术的蓬勃发展,对石墨材料的需要量日益增大,其环境介质也有所变更,大多为碳酸钾、氨水、氮气等硷性物质。在这种情况下,若用酚醛树脂浸渍过的石墨材料往往经受不了碱性介质的浸泡,从而大大缩短了石墨材料的使用寿命。
Over the years, people often use alcohol-free phenolic resin as an impregnant to improve the performance of carbon graphite anti-wear materials. However, due to the limited performance of the phenolic resin itself, the impregnated graphite material can only be used in non-oxidizing acidic medium and some weak alkaline medium. However, with the vigorous development of petrochemical technology, the demand for graphite materials is increasing day by day, and the environmental medium has also been changed. Most of them are alkaline substances such as potassium carbonate, ammonia, nitrogen and the like. In this case, if the phenolic resin impregnated graphite materials often can not withstand the soaking of alkaline media, thus greatly reducing the life of graphite materials.
