我们厂生产的预应力长向空心板规格为6000×900×180毫米,两个孔之间有两根φ12预应力主筋,其中心间距为28毫米。由于间隙小,两个主筋只能同时张拉,这就给我们带来了一个如何保证主筋的张拉应力相同的问题。解决这个问题一般可采用平衡器的方法,但该方法比较复杂,且不易掌握。我们厂采用了调整初应力的方法,即在保证两根钢筋初应力相同的条件下,确定预应力主筋长度的方法,来解决这一问题。其基本原理是: (1)先使张拉端钢筋比齐,然后锚固。锚固的方法是:将两根钢筋按图1的形式双面焊好后,放入图2所示的锚具中即可。
The pre-stressed long hollow slab produced by our factory has a size of 6000×900×180 mm. There are two φ12 prestressed main bars between the two holes, and the center distance is 28 mm. Because the gap is small, the two main tendons can only be tensioned at the same time, which gives us a problem of how to ensure that the tensile stress of the main tendons is the same.
