宫颈癌是我国女性生殖道恶性肿瘤中发病率居第一位的肿瘤,该病的治疗方法仍是以手术治疗为主。手术治疗质量的评价模式的转变,很大程度上得益于许多新技术的使用和手术器械的发展和应用,特别是超声刀和Ligasure血管结扎系统等免结扎技术的应用。现就超声刀和Ligasure血管结扎系统等免结扎技术在宫颈癌手术中的应用进行综述。
Cervical cancer is the first cancer in China’s female genital tract malignancy, the treatment of the disease is still based on surgical treatment. The change of evaluation mode of surgical treatment quality is largely due to the use of many new technologies and the development and application of surgical instruments, especially the application of the non-ligation technique such as ultrasonic scalpel and Ligasure vascular ligation system. Now on the ultrasound knife and Ligasure vascular ligation system and other non-ligation technology in cervical cancer surgery are reviewed.
