今年以来,全省上下坚持以“三个代表”重要思想和党的十六大精神为指导,认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院的各项方针政策,按照省委、省政府的要求和部署,一手抓非典防治,一手抓经济建设,努力克服非典、电力供应偏紧、自然灾害等方面的不利影响,既有效防止了非典传入我省,又保持了全省经济社会加快发展的良好态势。预计上半年国内生产总值同比增长9.4%,其中,第一产业增长3%,第二产业增长12.2%,第三产业增长8.9%,主要经济指标实现了时间过半、任务过半,总的经济形势好于预期。
