本文用2种粒系McAb HI98和HI115并合用其它淋巴系McAb对30例急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)病人进行了研究分析,其中AML 24例,M_1 1例,M_2 8例、M_3 4例、M_4 3例、 M_5 8例。CML-MBC6例,并同期检测16例淋巴细胞白血病和3例正常骨髓细胞作为对照。结果发现、H_2 98和H_2 115在白血病细胞和正常骨髓细胞均有表达,但在ANLL中表达更高。30例ANLL中22例(73.3%)至少对其中一种McAb(H_2 98/H_2 115)阳性,其中同时对H_2 98~+
In this paper, 30 cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) were studied with two McAbs HI98 and HI115 combined with other lymphocyte McAbs. Among them, 24 cases were AML, 1 case was M_1, M_2 was 8 cases, M_ 3 was 34 cases, M_4 3 cases, M_5 8 cases. CML-MBC6 cases, and the same period detection of 16 cases of lymphocytic leukemia and 3 cases of normal bone marrow cells as a control. The results showed that both H_2 98 and H_2 115 were expressed in leukemia cells and normal bone marrow cells, but higher in ANLL. Of the 30 patients with ANLL, 22 (73.3%) were positive for at least one of McAbs (H 2 98 / H 2 115), of which H 2 98 ~ +
