本文对 8例子宫肌瘤中的肥大细胞 ( MCs)进行了研究 .分别取瘤组织、瘤旁组织和正常组织进行甲苯胺蓝 ( TB)、阿尔新蓝—番红花红 ( AB-S)染色 ,光镜下观察 MCs的分布和组化性质 .TB染色后 ,可见瘤组织内部 MCs很少 ,瘤旁组织则具有大量的 MCs,二者细胞数差异显著 ( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,常见 MCs脱颗粒现象 ;正常组织MCs较瘤组织多 ,较瘤旁组织少 ,且差异显著 ( P<0 .0 2 5) .AB-S染色后 ,瘤组织和瘤旁组织 MCs为蓝色 ,而正常组织 MCs有蓝色、红色和红蓝混合色 3种 .MCs在分布和组化性质方面的变化可能与抗肿瘤机制有关 .
In this paper, mast cells (MCs) in 8 cases of uterine fibroids were studied.Methods Tumor tissues, tumor-adjacent tissues and normal tissues were used to study the effects of toluidine blue (TB), alcian blue-saffron (AB- Staining and microscopic examination of the distribution and histochemical properties of MCs.TB staining showed that there were few MCs in the tumor tissue and a large number of MCs in the tumor-adjacent tissues (P <0.01) , Common MCs degranulation phenomenon; MCs normal tissue more than the tumor tissue, compared with tumor tissue less, and the difference was significant (P <0.05) .AB-S staining, the tumor tissue and tumor tissue MCs blue , While MCs in normal tissues had blue, red and red-blue mixed color.3 The changes of distribution and histochemical properties of MCs may be related to anti-tumor mechanisms.
