你省1987年4月28日《关于撤销水城特区设立六盘水市钟山区、水城县的请示》收悉。同意撤销水城特区,设立六盘水市钟山区和水城县;以原水城特区的水城、大河、汪家寨、大湾、老鹰山、观音山六个镇和城关、教场、麒麟、德坞、凤凰、白腻、月照、煤厂、以德、艺奇、纳福、三合、二塘十三个乡为钟山区的行政区域;其余的九十八个乡为水城县的行政区域,县人民政府驻钟山区。
