抓好艺术生产是繁荣社会主义文艺的关键环节。近几年来,我们较自觉地把艺术生产放在重要位置,列入每年的目标管理内容,年初规划,年终考核,收到了较好的效果。近三年来,苏州市共创作剧目61个,其中搬上舞台30个,在省以上刊物发表33个,参加省调演12个,获省以上奖13次(下含演出奖),晋京演出3个。还有两个沪剧剧本被上海沪剧院选甲公演。戏剧小品《充实》获“南开杯”全国大赛一等奖。其他门类的文艺作品,也取得较好成绩。我们的做法如下:①端正业务指导思想,突出主旋律。苏州的戏曲文化,历史悠久。进入社会主义新时期,怎样才能继往开来,在这块
