本研究采用自编设计的《人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点问卷》,对广州电大本科、专科成年业余班200名学生进行调查,并将四种个体客观因素与四类学习支持服务的项目需求作交互分析。调查结果表明,由于目前缺乏有效的学习支持服务和受传统教育模式影响,绝大多数学生仍习惯于集中组班面授的学习模式,求助时最关注反馈的及时性;印刷型教材使用意愿最强烈,网络型教材越来越受欢迎;学习时间偏少,辅导教师要注重传授如何挤时间来学习的方法;学习支出较多者对考前面授复习的依赖性较弱。本文认为:建立有效的课程学习支持服务,应以学生为出发点和终结点。
In this study, a self-designed “Talents Training Model Reform and Open Education Pilot Questionnaire” was used to investigate 200 adult undergraduates in Guangzhou Radio and TV University, and four individual objective factors and four types of learning support services project requirements Make interactive analysis.
