1985年以来,我们采用4％利多卡因外耳道离子透入治疗主观耳鸣51例,其中有听力下降者40人。男31例,女20例。年龄最小19岁,最大63岁。病程最短者21天,最长者10年。1年以内者28人,1年以上者23人,有病因可查者11人,原因不明者40人。 1 治疗方法及疗效评定 将直径0.9mm不锈钢丝悬置于外耳道,并滴入4％利多卡因2ml,电流在1.4mA～1.5mA之间,通电20min,每天透入1次(1次治疗组),如3次透入无效,则改行鼓室内注射4％利多卡因0.5ml加1:1000肾上
