去年我国遭受非典疫情和自然灾害造成的损失严重,今年又遇禽流感的打击,给广大农民的增收加大了难度。虽然政府对农业增加了投入和补贴,但国家财力毕竟有限,因此农业保险的发展愈加引起人们的关注和深思。
Last year, China suffered severe losses caused by the SARS epidemic and natural disasters. This year it has also hit the bird flu and increased the difficulty of increasing farmers’ income. Although the government increased investment and subsidies for agriculture, but the national financial resources after all, limited, so the development of agricultural insurance more and more aroused people’s attention and reflection.
