摘自日刊《铁钢新闻》1990年10月4日 传统的电镀法不能生产铝—锰合金镀层。最近,日本住友金属工业公司建了一套非晶态镀层钢板的试验设备,用熔盐电解法生产具有与不锈钢同等耐蚀性的非晶态铝—锰合金镀层钢板。该非晶态镀层钢板具有高耐蚀性,可用作汽车消音器及燃料罐等。此外,在钢板镀锌后再镀此镀层,可作为车体防锈用钢板。现在已开始向汽车制造部门等主要用户提供样品。这是镀层技术上的一大进步。
From the Journal “Iron and Steel News” October 4, 1990 The traditional electroplating method can not produce aluminum-manganese alloy coating. Recently, Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd., Japan, built a set of non-crystalline coated steel plate test equipment, the use of molten salt electrolysis method to produce stainless steel with the same corrosion resistance of amorphous aluminum-manganese alloy coated steel. The amorphous coating steel plate with high corrosion resistance, can be used as car mufflers and fuel tanks. In addition, galvanized steel plate and then plated this coating, can be used as rust-proof steel body. Now it has begun to provide samples to major users such as the automotive manufacturing division. This is a big improvement in coating technology.
